If its an integrated card make sure its enabled in the bios. Windows 7 Ultimate x86 Monitor s: Abit IPE with Windows 7 x86 no sound playback. Also if the above seems OK try uninstalling the realtek driver and allow windows update to get the proper version. Back to square 1.
Updated all drivers, bios is correct, realtek 2.

If you wanna try one more thing, RealTek have released one more Ip355-e 7 driver just recently, so try that aswell.
Tried multiple Realtek drivers and nothing works. Abit IPE with Windows 7 x86 no sound playback I can’t seem to paste the image, but it has the 2nd and 4th items from your screen with second Speakers as the default.
But also, Abjt downgraded to Windows XP now becaus with Windows 7, I couldn’t record internal audio from the soundcard.
