How satisfied are you with this reply? Also there are no Windows 7 drivers for that chipset from HP as the chipset is made by Nvidia and they dropped support for it a long time ago. Message 2 of This thread is locked. I am missing three drivers in my device manager.

If it won’t install then try running it again in compatibility mode. The base system device drivers refer to Ricoh card reader drivers, the coprocessor drivers are part of the chipset drivers. Select the appropriate options in from the list in the following image.
