It installed and wired Internet is working. It’s using the version Brilliant – same problem on my HP xw Workstation.
Well folks, Thanks to a helpful person on this Forum who sent me a link to the version 14 x64 driver I was all set to try a second time to upgrade to Win This thread is locked. Sorry this didn’t help.
Windows 10 – Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller
Starting with the most recent driver listed and going backwards I began the process of elimination until I found one that worked.
Rick E F Replied on September 19, So I grabbed my old laptop, did some research and downloaded brosdcom few new drivers, put them on my usb stick and copied them to my PC, did what I had to do I really don’t know how to explain it in English haha, im so sorry!
Hope this helps I also found this nasty glitch but luckily for me my Dell Latitude D had 557xx wireless driver that was compatible so I did like you said and sure enough that driver did the trick now I am back on Ethernet.
The best solution I think. I loaded driver I went to Dell website and downloaded driver R for my specific Service Tag. Here is some more on the problem: Well an update broadclm downloaded and installed Since I’m on wireless I cannot actually test the Ethernet.
