The OS does not recognize the disks at all.

Does this mean it can run just about any SATA drive, e65000 long as there is an external power source for the external drive? The thing is, I tried plugging a USB cable into it, and it sure didn’t seem to fit.
Perhaps the eSATA support has been removed in the latest kernels? Sign up using Email and Password. Maybe someone else, who reads this thread, has a Dell and knows if there are compatibility problems with the eSATA port.
